Our home is located on a wonderful, quiet, low traffic street, with truly exceptional neighbors, in a very family oriented neighborhood! Having lived here for nearly 15 years, we’ve made so many beautiful memories! 

We are centrally located and literally down the street from Hannaford and only a few minutes drive to Market 32, in the Vanderheyden Plaza. This has made grocery shopping and last minute trips to the market so very convenient. There are also restaurants and eating establishments within walking distance and numerous others in short driving distance.  With being only a few minutes drive to downtown Troy, over the years, we’ve enjoyed the Farmers Market on Saturdays, Rocking on the River at Riverfront Park in the summer months, and walking through the streets in downtown to see all the beautiful holiday decorations and events that take place at the Victorian Stroll every December.

Our home has been well cared for and we’ve made many updates. We’ve recently installed a brand new stockade fence in the back yard, giving piece of mind while the kids are playing in the yard. We have replaced the windows on the all-season enclosed front porch, which is a great place to relax on warm summer nights. We have installed a new range, kitchen floor and there is fresh paint throughout. These are just a few of the updates we’ve made.
